Main Slag Breaking Machine: The machine breaks irregular shapes of Slag into small pieces of size 25 mm3 approximately

Bucket Conveyor: For automatic transfer of material from Main Slag Breaking Machine to 2nd Slag Crushing Machine.

2 Slag Milling Machine: The Machine crushes small pieces of Slag further into small grains of sizes 3/4 mm3 .

2 Bucket Conveyor: For automatic transfer of material from 2nd Slag Milling Machine to Magnetic Scrap Chips Separating Machines.

2 Magnetic Scrap Chips Separating Machine: Steel Chips and Slag residuals are assorted separately by this machine.

2 Ball Mill: Removes dust from metal chips separated by Magnetic Scrap Chips Separating Machine.

Technical Specifications :

Requirement:

• Approximately 50 square yards area is required for installing the slag crusher plant
• 4 to 6 men are required for operating the plant
• Iron impurities can be automatically separated by the machine
